Powerful Pixiv Downloader Record Generator

So, there's this tool for Pixiv that allows you to crawl an artists work and download the images. It's a great tool since you can make it ignore files already downloaded that is recorded on it's download history. 

Sadly, I've only found out about this quite recently and I have over 500k images downloaded over the years. 

I was in a dilemma, because I didn't want to redownload works I've already downloaded before. (data bandwidth is scarce and important!) 

So here, I made a tool that would generate a RECORDS.json of all the images I've downloaded (including all images in subfolders) that you can use to import to Powerful Pixiv Downloader so that files already on your hard drive won't have to be redownloaded.
